Here we believe growth is built in the moments no one sees.
Meet Celeste
I’m a Mental Performance Coach here to help athletes, dancers, and performers rise mentally in ways that last.
I hold a Master of Education in Sport & Exercise Psychology, I’m a former Division I collegiate athlete and team captain, and I bring 20+ years of dance experience into every space I work in.
I’ve felt the pressure to perform.
I’ve compared myself to others.
I’ve faced rejection that forced me to rethink who I was and how I showed up.
That’s where I learned something important: talent alone isn’t enough. What sustains growth (especially when things get hard) is mindset, identity, and the ability to stay connected to the process when the outcome feels far away.
I’m actively working toward my CMPC credential through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, and continue to work with teams and individuals who believe the mental game matters.
What is Mindset Behind the Milestone?
At the core of my work is a deep belief in helping people feel seen. Not just for what they achieve, but for the effort, resilience, and mental work that often goes unnoticed.
That belief is what inspired Mindset Behind the Milestone. This is a storytelling series that highlights the strength you don’t always see behind meaningful achievements.
Through both mental performance consulting and storytelling, my goal is the same:
to help performers build confidence, navigate pressure, and recognize their growth…even before the milestone arrives.
This space is for those who care about how they grow, not just what they accomplish.
Why Work With Me?
I Understand the Unseen Work
I come from an under-recognized sport where effort often outweighs recognition. That experience shaped how I see athletes… not just by results, but by the discipline, patience, and internal drive it takes to keep showing up. I understand what it’s like to care deeply, work quietly, and still wonder if it’s enough.
I See the Person Behind the Performance
Mindset Behind the Milestone isn’t just a series. It’s how I coach. I believe people perform better when they feel seen, understood, and valued beyond outcomes. My work centers the human side of performance, helping you build confidence, resilience, and clarity through every stage of the process.
Evidence-Based + Real-World Application
With a Master’s in Sport & Exercise Psychology and lived experience as a Division I athlete and captain, I bring evidence-based mental skills into real-world application. No fluff. No forcing positivity. Just practical tools you can use under pressure in sport, dance, and beyond.
